I'd like to compliment jigsaw for reminding me why I started posting here to begin and for his interesting backgrounds and reviews (yes, I do read them)

I'd like to compliment reason for being proud to be organic.

I'd like to compliment pina, but c'mon I just cant.

Lew for excellent advice and his dry wit! Makes me laugh alot

Jigsaw for level headedness as a moderator and some seriously fucking outrageous posts!! [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

Reason for making me laugh.....a lot!! AND being organic!

AL for showing me that WAY smart folks can be personable too!!

I even compliment Pina for presenting an opposing viewpoint (most of the time) on hot topic issues. Even though he sometimes exasperates me, I value his input!

I compliment GL for his perseverance in going after something he wanted in the face of very large obstacles.

I compliment ME for being just one heck of a nice guy and a very good shot!

I know this is the compliment thread, but I'm going to derail it for a minute to ask a very important question.

If Jump and GS are patroling the streets, do the rest of us get a pass on speeding? [img]smile.gif[/img] Not that I ever have, but Trav has something of a lead foot.

But! He's a good driver! There, we're back on topic!

My compliments to:

Greg for initiating this topic and for always doing his best to keep everyone informed about coming events, cool web links, interesting stories he finds and knows to be of interest to various posters.

Sluggo for treating me like a son (and JDF for allowing the intrusion) and helping me when I needed it.

Gae and Trav for their hospitality and open house policy to me and helping me in 2000 when my employer was having such financial problems they couldn't make payroll.

Jumper and D2 for finding (and recognizing) a love match in one another. I was there at the beginning and will always have fond memories of our Sunday evening bonfires in my garden.

LanDroid for being the sinister influence behind the scenes on so many of my board antics. (Too many to list in fact)

Pina for providing a frame of reference and point of view so dramatically different from my own and for making me examine my own thinking.

Sean Perry for giving us the perspective of someone from the "outside" and for his wry British sense of humour.

Lew for his sage legal advice and for his also priceless sense of humor.

Reason <s>for being such an asshole he makes everyone else look nicer in comparison</s> Never mind. I was always taught if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. I have nothing to say about reason.

Ickey for finding Niki and taking a chance and relocating to be with her. Good move.

Raven for being quite possibly the only person on here who understands some facets of my personality.

BooBoo Blondie Kenobie for inviting me to her lake house in 2001 and for the numerous times she invited me to her home and for coming to every social event I had in Ohio.

Lake for having a good sense of humor. (Usually)

Aurora Leigh for sharing with everyone her current marriage trials and tribulations and for coming back to be amongst friends.


And finally, and most importantly I would like to compliment everyone on here for your good taste and sophistication for choosing to interact with me. [img]cool.gif[/img]
